TD75 belt conveyor

TD75 general fixed belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as TD type) is widely used to transport bulk materials or finished articles in metallurgy, coal, transportation, hydropower and other departments due to its large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and strong versatility. According to the requirements of conveying technology, it can be transported by single machine or composed of horizontal or inclined conveying system with multiple or other conveyors. TD75 is used in the range of ambient temperature from + 40 ℃ to - 10 ℃, and the temperature of conveying materials is below 50 ℃. For the occasions with special requirements of explosion-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, heat resistance and cold resistance, corresponding measures shall be taken separately. 

The design of the whole conveyor should be based on the design of one complete set of conveyor and its components. The general layout of the whole machine has the following basic forms. 2. Conveyor belt: it is the main part of traction and bearing materials. TD75 adopts ordinary rubber conveyor belt and plastic conveyor belt. The joint of conveyor belt can be connected by mechanical card or sulfur (plastic). When the mechanical card is used for connection, the belt strength will be reduced due to the decrease of the joint strength, especially for the whole core plastic belt. Therefore, the mechanical card connection is only suitable for short conveyor or special short maintenance time. The service life of conveyor belt can be greatly prolonged by using sulfur (plastic) connection, and its joint strength is slightly lower than that of conveyor belt body.
